- Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product, damaged packaging, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

- Eligibility for Replacement: If your coffee product arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
